The Creative Eye
All American Imaging photographers are the backbone of our business. They are responsible for making sure that every student photographed looks their best. They are responsible for maintaining their camera, adjusting lighting as needed, and monitoring their shots throughout the day to ensure that everyone gets photos they love.
Our photographers are team players and leaders that are able to adjust on the fly. Prior photographic experience is preferred.
The Muscle
All American Imaging assistants do it all. The primary job of an assistant is to pose students and coach them on how to look their best. This requires strong communciation, both with the photographer and the students. Assistants maintain order in the photo lines and make sure that things keep moving.
Many of our photographers started out as assistants. This is a great way to get your feet wet in the photography industry and learn how photo shoots work.
The Brains
Coordinators are the first point of contact for students, parents and coaches. Coordinators make sure that the shoot runs smoothly and on-time. Coordinators also field all questions and make sure that everyone has the information they need to make the day great.
Coordinators are driven, efficient, and work well under pressure. They keep everything together!

We don't require employees to provide a minimum level of availability to work. Need to take a week off for exams? No problem! We work with each of our employees to come to equitable agreements about the number of hours worked.

If you want to get your feet wet into photography, this is the job for you! Many of our photographers started out as assistants who learn the ropes as they go.
